the lovely hotel seemed nice at first, but the smell of cigarettes in my room was absolutely revolting, infiltrating my clothes. also, the pool was unheated – a miserable oversight. how dare I not receive a complimentary upgrade for my trouble? I almost considered a good review, but this place has disappointed me severely, what a letdown.

the pool at leone was really nice, and our room had a large balcony. it was just a 5-minute walk to the center, making it super convenient. breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed being pampered by the warm sun rays outside on the terrace.

Unfortunately, sound insulation is severely lacking. thin walls mean you can hear neighboring guests and plumbing quite clearly, which could disrupt a good night's sleep. the room setup can be problematic, as some arrangements feel cramped and poorly designed, leaving you wondering about functionality. The breakfast options left something to be desired. while there are various selections, the absence of hot dishes like eggs or bacon may not cater to everyone’s tastes. Lastly, parking can be a tricky maneuver with larger vehicles, as access requires navigating through a narrow street that some might find inconvenient.

The location was convenient, just a short distance from the bustling heart of Sorrento, making it easy to explore. The staff offered impeccable service and a charming ambiance, though the bathroom space felt cramped and I found the mattresses to be rather firm for my preference.

The pool area was a standout feature, with reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. our room had a lovely mountain view that provided a stunning backdrop during our stay.

Our group had a fantastic time exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi coast! The hotel is just a short walk from the center, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was plentiful, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay, but the mattresses were uncomfortable. the staff's willingness to assist us by providing mattress toppers was appreciated. The location offered easy access to local shops, and the breakfast could be better. Try arriving early to grab items before they run out!

It was just a reliable pick for a getaway in Sorrento with incredible value for money. The cleaning staff were super friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Try to request extra mattress toppers if you don’t like hard beds!
